1. General

By placing an order with Martha's Boutique, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products

All of our home fragrance products — including wax melts, room sprays, and reed diffusers — are handmade in small batches. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, or scent intensity may occur between batches. These are a natural characteristic of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as Klarna and Clear-pay for flexible payment options. By submitting an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.

5. Shipping

We offer standard shipping on all UK orders, typically arriving within 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@marthasboutique.com.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, descriptions, and branding — is the property of Martha's Boutique and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Martha's Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
